In 2018, Arslan Bottles invested in their first injection molding machine and has been actively manufacturing ever since. Our team had the opportunity to visit their factory and speak with Mr. Azam, CEO of Arslan Bottles, to learn more about his entrepreneurial journey and his experience working with HiTech Machinery.
Entering the Plastic Manufacturing Industry
Mr. Azam already had over 10 years of experience in the plastics field. Speaking on how the business started, he shared:
“Our earlier business was also quite relevant to this field, which we later closed. Then we entered the plastic line, especially PET preform manufacturing. We first bought one PET Preform injection molding machine from HiTech. When it performed well, we bought a second, then a third. By the grace of Allah, our business is doing much better now.”
This gradual expansion helped Arslan Bottles grow with confidence while maintaining production quality.

Scale of Operations at Arslan Bottles Factory
Mr Azam was kind enough to walk us through the entire factory setup. We witnessed the whole production process, from preform molding to preform blowing.
The process begins with injection molding, where preforms are manufactured and cooled using chillers for quality and machine performance.
These preforms then move to the blow molding machines, where the temperature is adjusted according to bottle requirements. It’s a semi-automatic machine, however, a single operator can manage the process efficiently.
The result is a finished bottle that reaches homes, markets, and consumers, completing the full manufacturing journey.
Currently, Arslan Bottles production line equipped with:
- 3 UWA injection molding machines (208-ton)
- 4 blow molding machines (HT 880 models)

Speaking about operational challenges, he shared that while any running machine may face occasional issues, there have been no major concerns worth highlighting. Whenever a problem did arise, HiTech’s support team responded promptly.
Mr. Azam highlighted:
