Entering the Plastic Industry: GEO Plastic’s Journey
Mr. Khubas Khan shared that before manufacturing, GEO Plastic was involved in trading, operating a shop on Muslim Road. In 2016, the decision was made to establish a factory. With no prior experience in machinery, they explored multiple options—many people suggested using injection molding machines, while others offered conflicting advice.
By luck, they met Mr. Habib Rehman of HiTech Machinery in Daroghawala. According to Mr. Khubas Khan, the guidance and support they received from him proved to be a turning point and laid the foundation for their manufacturing success.
Factory Setup and Machine Installation
Currently, GEO Plastic has 7 injection molding machines at their setup, all supplied by HiTech Machinery. The machines have been running reliably for nearly nine years, with no major breakdowns.

Mr. Khubas gave us a tour of the entire factory, where we observed all seven machines in operation, ranging from 98 to 268 tons. The facility produces a wide range of everyday utility items such as toilet, tire, and cloth washing brushes, along with food container lids, bowl set lids, dry fruit tray lids, spice racks, and other kitchenware. The company also manufactures Quran-e-Pak Rehals.
