The Tederic NEO·M series is a high-end multi-component injection molding machine built for complex and large-scale production. It uses a rigid, two-platen clamping system and supports clamping force from 750t to 3520t.
The machine can handle heavy molds up to 30 tons/50 tons and offers large daylight and platen space for bigger parts. It delivers high precision (≤0.3% weight accuracy) and stable repeatability.
With multiple injection unit options (up to six), different screw sizes, and high injection pressure up to 266 MPa, it ensures smooth and fast production. Its modular design allows flexible setups for different product needs.
The NEO·M series includes two sub-series: NEO·Ms and NEO·Mv. The Ms version features a horizontal rotary turntable with opposite injection units, while the Mv version uses a vertical rotary platen with parallel injection units. Both offer wide flexibility with multiple injection configurations, different screw sizes, and high-speed injection options. Both sub-series support multi-color, mixed color, sandwich, and multi-layer injection molding. The series covers a broad range of models with clamping forces from 750t to 3520t, large mold spaces, and advanced rotary systems to suit all production needs.
The NEO·M series includes several proprietary technologies. Spinsure™ technology powers both rotary platens. The Spinsure-H on NEO·Ms uses heavy-duty linear guides and a servo motor drive for smooth rotation. The Spinsure-V on NEO·Mv operates as an independent control unit for easy installation and maintenance. The Multimold™ multi-color technology lets users use up to six molds simultaneously.
Both models feature a KEBA controller with a 15-inch touch screen, 200 mold parameter memory slots, real-time monitoring, and instant failure alarms. EUROMAP compliance ensures easy robot integration. The series uses ceramic heater bands, proportional valve control, and servo motor pumps for energy efficiency and precise process control.
