HiTECH offers both refrigeration and absorption compressed air dryers to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. We understand that compressed air contains moisture, which can cause damage to crucial tools, pipes, and equipment. Therefore, it is essential to dry the compressed air to ensure optimal performance and longevity of these assets.

Our refrigeration air dryers are an economical and low-maintenance solution that operates by cooling the compressed air to a temperature of 3 °C, causing the moisture to condense and drain away. The compressed air is then re-heated using an air-to-air heat exchanger, resulting in a dew point of 35 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our absorption air dryers are designed with two or three pressure vessels, known as towers, that contain absorbent materials such as silica gel, activated alumina, and molecular mesh. The compressed air passes through these absorbent materials, which efficiently remove moisture from the air.

The control system adopts a single-chip microcomputer program for automatic control, with stable and reliable performance (PLC control is optional).

★ Automatic alarm device: alarm for high inlet temperature, low air pressure, and high heating temperature (for micro-heat regeneration type).

★ According to the actual load and humidity, the proportion of regeneration gas consumption can be adjusted to save regeneration gas energy consumption.

★ Muffler The new type of muffler adopts high-temperature resistant and ultra-fine sound-absorbing glass wool as the main body and is combined with imported specially treated silencing filter materials and other materials, which makes the regenerated noise ≤72dB(A).
★ Pneumatic valve controller Compared with other electromagnetic valve controllers, the pneumatic valve controller has a longer service life, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the dryer.
★ Diffuser The diffuser is made of stainless steel and has functions such as stabilizing, diffusing and filtering the airflow.
