Our refrigeration air dryer is an economical and low-maintenance solution that operates by cooling the compressed air dryer to a temperature of 3 °C, causing the moisture to condense and drain away. The compressed air is then re-heated using an air-to-air heat exchanger, resulting in a dew point of 35 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our absorption air dryer is designed with two or three pressure vessels, known as towers, that contain absorbent materials such as silica gel, activated alumina, and molecular mesh. The compressed air dryer passes through these absorbent materials, which efficiently remove moisture from the air.

To improve productivity and performance, our plastic molding equipment includes cutting-edge technologies including APM technology in screw air compressors and an adsorption dryer controller. The adsorption dryer controller efficiently controls the amount of moisture present in the air dryer for compressed air. Compressor performance is optimized by APM technology to result in significant energy savings, increased operational effectiveness, and decreased emissions.
The control system adopts a single-chip microcomputer program for automatic control, with stable and reliable performance (PLC control is optional).
★ Automatic alarm device: alarm for high inlet temperature, low air pressure, and high heating temperature (for micro-heat regeneration type).
★ According to the actual load and humidity, the proportion of regeneration gas consumption can be adjusted to save regeneration gas energy consumption.
★ The system cycle switching time can be selected to meet the requirement for the dew point of the finished air.

★Pneumatic dust filter: prevents dust from entering control components and reduces the valve failure rate.
