NEW HYBRID TECHNOLOGY

The UWA YHE series is a hybrid injection molding machine that combines electric precision with hydraulic power. It uses servo motor-driven injection with ball screw technology for very fast and accurate movement.

This series improves on older UWA machines with faster injection, smarter controls, improved stability, and higher efficiency for modern, high-speed production lines. 

The machine offers ±0.01 mm repeat positioning accuracy, which ensures stable product quality. Its high-speed injection up to 500 mm/s supports thin-wall and fast-cycle production.

The fully hardened screw and dual alloy barrel improve wear resistance by 5–8 times, making it suitable for engineering plastics.

The wide platen design and strong clamping system reduce deformation and flash. With closed-loop intelligent control, the machine keeps every shot consistent and reliable.
