Sanva Group of Companies is one of the recognised players in Pakistan’s electronics and plastic manufacturing space. The company produces electrical and electronic components for the local market.
We visited Sanva Group’s facility and sat down with Mr. Naseem, Head of the Injection Molding Department, to get his honest take on working with HiTech Machinery’s Tederic and UWA injection molding machines.
Inside Sanva Group’s Production Setup
Walking into the injection molding hall, the first thing you notice is how much is happening at once. Ten machines are running across the floor, five Tederic units on one side and five UWA units on the other. It is a setup that has been built up over time, not all at once.
The UWA machines have been running for two to four years now. The Tederic machines are newer additions. Mr. Naseem has worked closely with both and, from his experience, both have performed well since day one.
“MashAllah, both types are performing well and delivering good results,” he said. “These machines perform especially well for small parts.”
Products Being Manufactured
Sanva Group’s production is focused on electronic and electrical components, commonly circuit breaker parts, LED light covers, switches, conduits, and others. Breaker parts were being made from PC material, while LED covers were made from PP material.
The machines installed range from 128-ton to 160-ton units, giving the facility the flexibility to handle different part sizes within the same hall. Hopper dryers and auto loaders are integrated into the setup for material feeding and drying, and a cooling tower handles mold temperature management.
Machine Performance and Product Quality
The 160-ton Tederic machine, producing smaller breaker parts, runs at around 14 to 15 seconds per cycle. The 128-ton UWA machine, making LED covers, runs at approximately 20 seconds. Another machine on the floor holds a cycle time of around 16 seconds.
He picked up a finished breaker part straight from the machine to make his point about quality.
“MashAllah, it is excellent. Its quality and finishing are outstanding,” he said.

After-Sales Support and Technical Backup
Running ten machines means a fault somewhere is a matter of when, not if. Mr. Naseem did not raise any major complaints, but the support structure behind the machines matters just as much as the machines themselves.
HiTech Machinery keeps more than 15 technical engineers available to handle faults when they come up. Spare parts are kept in stock so that a breakdown does not stretch into days of waiting.
Installation support, ongoing technical assistance, and after-sales support and care are all part of what HiTech provides to its clients.
A Partnership Built on Real Results
Ten machines. Two brands. One production hall turning out quality electronic components day after day. Sanva Group’s setup did not happen by accident. It was built with the right machinery, the right support, and a team that knows how to run it.
HiTech Machinery has been part of that story from the start, and the production floor at Sanva Group is proof of what that kind of partnership looks like in practice.
