We had the privilege of sitting down with Mr. Bashir Ahmed, GM of Volta Industries, at their Sunar Unit, to hear Volta Plastics success story, the expansion of their machinery capabilities, and the role HiTech Machinery has played as a trusted supplier in their growth.

Previously, they had our UWA brand machines, ranging from 308 tons to 968 tons. Recently, they added a 1500-ton Tederic injection molding machine, which was under installation at the time we visited.
The installation is being handled by HiTech Machinery’s technical team, with production expected to start shortly. With this diverse machine range, Volta Plastics handles both medium and large-scale plastic components efficiently.

Initially focused on the automobile sector, Volta Plastics successfully diversified its production in response to market changes. Today, the company manufactures (as OEM) a wide range of plastic parts, including:

Technology & Performance Experience
Mr. Bashir Ahmed explained that machines have continuously evolved over the years. While older machines had different capabilities, newer models offer improved efficiency and control.

Both UWA and Tederic machines provide advanced technology needed to keep pace with the current. And Tederic ones have even better performance for higher tonnage and demanding applications
