HiTech Machinery provides a range of EBM machines that can produce single and multi-layered plastic bottles, drums, cans, containers, toolboxes, oil tanks, and other types of large hollow plastic containers. They can work with various materials, including PE, PP, PVC, PETG, PS, EVA, PVDC, ABS, TPE, TPU, and more.
Rotary Extrusion Blow Molding is a revolution in the blow molding industry. Its circular, multi-station design enables continuous production. Each station performs a different stage: parison capture, blowing, and ejection, as the wheel rotates. Currently, rotary machines with a handling capacity of 30L containers are available.

FUDL rotary EBM is suitable for producing various hollow plastic products of 5ml to 30L, such as urea barrels, detergent barrels, various jerrycans, etc. The equipment adopts a high-ranking PLC and servo mobile control system, with 6 stations rotating at a constant speed. De-flashing, labeling, and bottle collecting and packaging – all take place in a completely automated assembly.

The linear extrusion blow molding machine represents the standard in blow molding technology, with sequential extrusion and blow stations.
