Co-Extrusion Machine Series
Co-extrusion is process to construct a multilayer structure by joining two or more dissimilar materials. Polymer co-extrusion process is used when single material is not enough to fulfill the requirements or when user want to reduce production cost by using lower quality material to fill the interior of an application. JINHU single-screw coextrusion machines adopt latest German technology which has a wide range of materials and is easy to operate. JINHU coextrusion machine is mainly used for the color extrusion of profile surfaces and the coextrusion of profile sealing strips, and for polyolefin pipe. The ribbon is coextruded.
