

MG-E Series Automatic Reheat stretch Blow Molding Machine
MEGA introduces the latest economic automatic stretch blow molding machine which is two stage automatic stretch blow molding machine.
Special designed economic stretch blow molding machine is mainly designed for the PET and PP bottles.
Manufacturing of bottles have volume up to 2.5 L can be produced with automatic reheat stretch blow molding machine with output capacity up to 5,500 bottles per hour.
Optimized machine layout and preform heating system guarantee the low power consumption. Controller system of blow molding machine adopts new microprocessor which has more storage memory.
Conveyer transport the preform stocked in the hopper, preforms are sorted automatically in preform oven. Modular oven with 9 layers of heating lamps provide the ideal temperature to preforms.
Frictional belts rotate the preforms during continuous movement. Less electric costs ensured by small gaps between the preforms.
