

High Speed Fully Electric Stretch Blow Molding Machine
Latest linear designed Electric Stretch Blow Molding Machine adopts synchronized heating system and high-speed clamping design.
With EB series blow molding machine, user can manufacture bottles up to 2.5L at the rate of 15500 bottles per hour.
With EBL series blow molding machine, user can manufacture bottles up to 5L at the rate of 3500 bottles per hour.
As compared to traditional machine and rotary blow molding machine, bottle production cost is much less.
Electric stretch blow molding machine has large touch screen graphics interface for the control of heating and blowing processes.
High speed preform loading is achieved through continuous preform loading system.
Like rotary stretch blow molding series, MEGA’s EB series also consume less power due to super small mandrel pitch.
This will ultimately reduce bottle production cost. Crystallization is prevented through efficient oven cooling and cross ventilation system, even for very thick preform walls.
Variable pitch system is driven by a servo motor reduces preform transfer times. Electric stretch blow molding machine can handle different size bottles due to the wider preform distance after changing pitch.
Toggle designed clamping system ensure the mold remains tightly closed during high pressure blowing.
