Special designed MG-SS Series automatic Bottle Making machine for large capacity bottles is based on two principles.
One, reduce the running cost for bottle manufacturing and second, ensure easy operation.
MG-SS series automatic Bottle Making machine assist in achieving maximum profit in the field of bottle manufacturing through reducing the power consumption up to 30%.
Manufacturing of bottles have volume up to 20 L can be produced with automatic reheat stretch Bottle Making machine with output capacity up to 1,000 bottles per hour.
Patented process for spacing the preforms maximizes the performance of Bottle Making machine .
PLC controller of MG-SS series Bottle Making machine integrates a self-diagnosis program, all warning information and actual blowing speed is shown on friendly touch interface.
The pretend preform spacing system enhance the moving speed. Toggle clamping unit ensures the fastest possible moving speed and strongest clamping force.
Uniform and accurate temperature is achieved through a zoned and layered heating system with an advanced venting unit. MG-SS series Bottle Making machine adopts a double cylinder stretching unit which guarantee the fastest possible stretching speed.
Automatic functions of blow molding machine are monitored by multiple reliable sensor systems.
